Backend Developer

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to build and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable backend systems for modern digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing APIs, managing databases, handling system integrations, and optimizing server-side performance. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create efficient and maintainable systems.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs

Build and maintain databases, authentication systems, and server-side logic

Integrate third-party services and cloud infrastructure

Optimize backend performance, security, and reliability

Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Debug production issues and improve system stability

Participate in architecture and technical discussions

Requirements

Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, NestJS, Go, Java Spring Boot, or similar

Experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB
03
Understanding of API design, authentication, and security best practices
04
Familiarity with Docker, cloud services, or CI/CD workflows is a plus

Knowledge of caching systems such as Redis is an advantage
06
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
07
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
08
1–3+ years backend development experience preferred
09
Experience building scalable systems is a plus
