Human Resource Manager
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Human Resource Manager to oversee and manage the company’s HR operations, recruitment activities, payroll administration, employee relations, and compliance matters.
Responsibilities

Manage the full talent acquisition cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- 02
Handle monthly payroll processing, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/Income Tax), and managing employee benefits.
- 03
Ensure adherence to Malaysian labor laws, handling grievances, conducting investigations, and managing disciplinary actions or Domestic Inquiries (DI).
- 04
Maintain employee records, updating HR policies, managing attendance, and leave administration.
- 05
Assist in performance review processes and identifying training needs for employee development.
Requirements
- 01
Candidates should possess a minimum of a Diploma in Human Resources, HR Management, or related field.

Excellent communication skills in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- 03
At least 1-2 years of working experience in HR related roles.
- 04
In-depth knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
- 05
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
- 07
Prior experience in a multinational company (MNC) will be an added advantage.
- 08
Candidates who are able to start immediately or within a one-month notice period are preferred.
