Senior Human Resources Officer

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Human Resources Officer to oversee HR operations, recruitment, and office administration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and maintaining smooth daily office operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

    Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

    Handle employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.

  • 03

    Maintain HR documentation including contracts, personnel files, and leave records.

  • 04

    Oversee general office administration and facility management.

  • 05

    Process payroll and maintain attendance records.

  • 06

    Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce metrics.

  • 07

    Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings.

  • 08

    Handle corporate correspondence including emails and official documents.

Requirements

Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 02

    Minimum 2 years' experience in HR operations and recruitment.

  • 03

    Talent acquisition skill needed.

  • 04

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • 05

    Excellent communication skills in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • 06

    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • 07

    Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

  • 08

    Able to work at either Menara SuezCap (Bangsar) or Menara M101 (KL).

  • 09

    Experience in hiring livestream or KOL managers is an added advantage.
