Human Resources & Administrative Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources & Administration Executive to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. The successful candidate will handle employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Responsibilities also include maintaining HR documentation such as employment contracts, employee records, and leave records, overseeing daily office administration and facility management, processing payroll, maintaining attendance records, preparing HR reports, analyzing workforce data and key HR metrics, managing executives' schedules and meeting coordination, and handling corporate correspondence including letters and emails.

    Handle employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

    Maintain HR documentation, including employment contracts, employee records, and leave records.

    Oversee daily office administration and facility management.

  • 05

    Process payroll and maintain employee attendance records.

  • 06

    Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data and key HR metrics.

    Manage executives' schedules and coordinate meetings.

  • 08

    Handle corporate correspondence, including letters and emails.

任职要求

  • 01

    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 02

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.

  • 03

    Strong talent acquisition and recruitment skills.

  • 04

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • 05

    Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • 07

    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
